Edited Photos from 4th Shoot

For this photo I followed the recommendation to set up a very obvious warm scene of the makeup coming from a happy family to emphasize the idea that its part of the good side. As a result a very childlike scene has been created giving off a sense of innocence. I chose to use portrait over landscape orientation because I didn't want this scene to be an establishing shot, but more a reference.

In contrast to the previous shot, the alcohol has come from a dirty industrial background to emphasize the sinister nature of alcohol and binge drinking. I could probably work on it a little bit more to make it darker though I don't want to loose the green colour of the alcohol.

This shot is a follow on from the previous shoot because I quite like the idea of the alcohol not being able to be contained by the frame and also at a slight angle shows how the alcohol can't be confronted. Again the green is highlighted to allude to poison.

For this shot I turned the saturation right down to give a sense of bleakness and intimidation which doesn't follow on from my original idea but it adds slightly more drama and clarity to the series.

This shot was difficult to edit because of the different focuses, but the idea is that the viewer is hiding behind the makeup as they make the first move, implying the threat of danger ahead.

This final shot is slightly hard to look at, making the viewer feel uneasy. The shot is also quite exposed, the brightness being the hangover as the viewer stumbles across the scene. Its following on from the idea of linking back to the eyeliner pot to conclude the narrative but also leaving the viewer to fill in the blanks between the first move and the destruction of the final scene.
