For these photos I removed the chopping board and used an A3 sheet of paper instead so that the size was less constricting and also slightly more scientific for the documenting style. I chose to divide my recording into three sections; what I eat, what I reuse and what I throw away. Challenges included trying to separate what I eat from the plate because of liquids spilling everywhere and the fact that I needed to be able to eat the food after I had taken the photo. Also this is not a 100 per cent fair representation of what I would eat in a week because I had to buy my meals some days and we had no milk for a few days, also I only cooked once when I would normally cook about 3 times a week.
